A new boiler & radiators fitted throughout,
New fuse board & electrics,
Doors, floors, skirting & Architrave throughout,
Old conservatory roof removed & a new insulated smart roof installed, fencing,
Cladding, fascia boards & Guttering fitted

Bathroom refurbishment- 🔨🛠🤗
3 walls removed upstairs due to subsidence from a poorly fitted steel by some dodgy builders.
A steel had been installed previously but no bricks had been fitted above the steel to support the external wall.. it was just hanging in thin air 🤦🏻‍♂️
A disaster waiting to happen!
No other companies wanted to get involved.
We stripped 3 walls out, fitted a new steel, new lintels & bricks to support the external wall.
All 3 walls were then rebuilt properly in stud work & a full refurbishment of a bathroom/bedroom & landing was completed.
All signed off & done properly 🙌

Not many people want to touch them due to the amount of work involved to refit everything... but we love it 🤗
If you have any movement in your shower tray it could be due to water damage so get it sorted ASAP 👍
